The province of Cádiz enjoys one of the highest solar isolation levels in Europe, with approximately 2,800 hours of sunshine per year. This project harnesses that resource through photovoltaic panels that directly convert sunlight to electricity via silicon semiconductor cells.

The monitoring platform tracks real-time energy production and environmental impact. The installation avoids approximately 160,000 kg of CO₂ emissions per year. The panels generate as much energy in their first 2 years as was needed for their production, with a total lifespan of 30 years.

No significant earth movements, no toxic spills, no noise, and minimal water use — a clean energy solution integrated into the landscape.
